Monthly attendance tracking for staff is a fundamental aspect of the salary process in any organisation, including schools. Accurate attendance records ensure that employees are compensated fairly and in accordance with their actual work hours and leave taken. 5. Staff attendance check & update process


  • Click on the icon select all in department drop-down select month and click on "with status" button. After click day wise staff attendance records comes on screen with total number of attendance.



  • From this page you can also update the staff attendance (eg. if you want to deduct the days from total attendance you can put the number of days in Decrease attendance column or if you want to add days in attendance then put the number of days in Add attendance column and click on calculate attendance.
