How to take student attendance through "Student Attendance" Icon

Introduction:-

This attendance system allows educators and administrators to easily record and manage student attendance, identify patterns of absenteeism, and take timely interventions to support student success. By leveraging digital tools and automated systems, this approach ensures seamless integration with other academic management systems, reducing the administrative burden and increasing accuracy.

Steps to take student attendance in Vedanta ERP:

1. Login URL- https://colleges.yescampusconnect.com/

   (It could be different according to your account)

Enter the login URL and then put your User Name and Password then click on the login button

2. User Role

    Teacher/ Professerors/ Asst. Professerors

3. Icon

4. Click the icon now select the course, semester, batch, number of period and your subject then click on the Load Student button. After that all the students are listed now you can marks the attendance accordingly.

 If all students are present in the class then you can just click on the Mark Fully Present button.
