SLC generate process

Question:-

I  am not able to create SLC in Vedanta ERP?

Answer:-

To create SLC using Tools->Utilites->SLC or you can also use SLC icon and make sure to meet following conditions.

Conditions:-

1. For Old Admission & New Admission fee category students

* Student current & previous year outstanding must be cleared either by payment collection or additional   discount apply from edit student account ledger.

2. For RTE Students:-

* If student's fee category is RTE, then also there should not be any current year payment or due pending           however last year outstanding will be ignored but only in case of tuition fee. If RTE student have due in other fee  head like transport so the transport due must be clear before SLC generation

* Student current year payment or due must be clear.
